A beautiful antique chromolithograph featuring Judaspenge(Silver dollar plant), a charming cottage-garden favourite known for its purple flowers and distinctive coin-shaped seed pods. Published in Copenhagen between 1917–1927 as part of Billeder af Nordens Flora by A. Mentz and C.H. Ostenfeld.
Chromolithography was one of the finest colour printing methods of its time, prized for its ability to reproduce botanical subjects with remarkable colour and detail. It was a high-quality colour printing process that used multiple printing stones to create richly coloured, highly detailed images.
Vintage and antique items may have age-related wear or imperfections. These are part of their unique history and charm. Every effort is made to accurately disclose and photograph any known faults or damage.
